NOW, IT'S THE MUPPETS

I'll admit to not having seen the new Muppet Show.... but on the heels of my blog(s) about how the creators of our super heroes have felt the need to make them too much like real people, and thus, no longer the proper viewing for children, comes this review on The Muppet Show.  Have we no ability to make shows that are cost effective just for kids anymore.

Is it that my generation, the generation that watched both The Muppets and The Superfriends have suffered so much at the hands of the media tarnishing our days with bad news that the idealism for such creations is now lost?  Or is it the fear they can't make enough money through commercials?  But honestly, how many adults are making this new Muppet Show regular viewing for themselves?  Sadly, it seems it's more for the parents.  More after I see it.
